Robert T. Prior has spent more than two decades in practice, specializing in tax planning, business succession, and asset protection. He has garnered state and national recognition for his expertise. In addition to his Juris Doctor, Robert holds a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree in taxation.

Michael C. Daniel has served both private and public clients in his thirty years of practice. With experience representing the United States as an Assistant United States Attorney and representing individuals and business as a private attorney, his knowledge and understanding is unrivaled. Michael trained in the office of the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.

Morris “Mo” Wiltshire boasts an unparalleled level of courtroom experience, having served as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. In his twenty years of practice, Mo has built an impeccable reputation in the Courts. Mo’s training as a Solicitor and Assistant District Attorney gives him an exceptional skill set.

Daniel S. Woodrum holds the experience that comes with representing clients in federal court. When his clients have been under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Internal Revenue Service, and Secret Service, Daniel has been steadfast in his defense of individuals and entities facing the government’s scrutiny. Daniel has received specialized training in multiple areas of tax law.

        • In a complaint for forfeiture action before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Prior, Daniel, & Wiltshire was able to successfully negotiate the forfeiture action for over $900,00.00 down to $109,000.
      • United States of America v. R______, et al (2014)
        • In a federal indictment alleging fifteen counts stemming from tax fraud, a settlement was reached where fourteen counts carrying a maximum sentence of twenty-five years imprisonment would be dismissed. At sentencing for the remaining count, we were able to successfully argue for a term of probation despite heavy opposition from the US Attorney’s Office. Our client was able to leave the court and return home to her family without spending even a night in jail.
