ERICA PEDEN is a native of Morgan County, Georgia and has been with Prior, Daniel & Wiltshire, LLC since the fall of 2014. Erica received her B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a concentration in Real Estate, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in 2013, where she graduated magna cum laude.
While in law school, Erica served as Executive Articles Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and was a member of Phi Delta Phi. She was awarded the Outstanding Student Award in Constitutional Law, Individual Income Taxation, Federal Estate and Gift Taxation, and Federal Trial Practice.
Erica’s article The Property Tax Crisis was selected for publication by Supra, the online companion to the Mississippi Law Journal. She also
spent two semesters in the Civil Legal Clinic representing indigent clients in the Landlord-Tenant Clinic.
Erica is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
She enjoys spending time with her family, running, and horseback riding.
