KIM E. HOLT is Of Counsel with Prior, Daniel and Whiltshire, LLC. She grew up in Athens, Georgia and is a graduate of Athens Academy. She earned her B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from the University School of Law in 1999.
Ms. Holt’s practice focuses on the areas of Real Estate, Health Care Counseling, and Domestic Relations. She was formerly associated with the firm Fortson, Bentley and Griffin, P.A., where she practiced in their Real Estate and Corporate Groups. Kim is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Western Circuit Bar Association. She currently serves on the Athens Academy Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is a graduate of LEAD Athens and has also has served on the Prevent Child Abuse Athens, Inc. Board of Directors and as the United Way Attorney Cabinet Chair.
Kim is married to Clarke, originally from Americus, Georgia, and they have two young daughters, Claire and Caroline. They are active in the Athens First United Methodist Church and in the Athens community.
