PDW is glad to report that yet another client has been able to avoid a DUI on their record as a result of the efforts of our partner Mo Wiltshire. An Athens-Clarke County man was arrested for a right turn on red and DUI following a near collision. Our investigation and the representation we provided allowed us to discover key errors in the arresting officer’s conclusions about the evidence and make certain the prosecutor and the judge on the case understood these errors and what they meant for the case.
